TAPAS WORKSHOP AT CAMPING LE DAUPHIN

Why not spend a little while learning how to make a tapas aperitif, (a typical dish of our area) at the restaurant at Camping le Dauphin to impress your family, your partner or your friends?

Led by a chef, passionate about these typical dish, you will be shown how to prepare them and then have the chance to taste the delicious aperitifs.

Tapas and wines: You need both these things together and because of that, during these workshop sessions, we give you the opportunity to sample wines of this region. Each week, a different producer from the local area comes along to the workshop to talk about their wines and give you some to taste.

Through this, you are able to combine two things typical of our region – local wines with local aperitifs, which will stimulate your taste buds and, in fact, all the senses.

This is yet another opportunity to mix with other people in a friendly, relaxed environment at le Dauphin…………..and you leave with recipes to impress friends and family alike.
