A passion that unites plants and Campsite

It’s from Paul’s passion for plants that are born each year real little Mediterranean gardens in the Camping Le Dauphin.

This was the subject of an article in this year’s December edition of the OT magazine (Official Tourism magazine):

“…Paul Bessoles would practically apologize that we would take interest in him for this reason…”

Although he is always very discrete, whether it be about his passions or his work, every year Paul develops the plants and the beauty of his campsite. It’s a passion that comes from the heart and then becomes a real pleasure for his clients to look at.

Paul: “I wanted clients to feel they were in a completely different place than their usual day-to day, when they arrive here”. From the search for a unique environment for his clients and his love for exotic Mediterranean plants, is born an aesthetic appeal and originality in the plants on site.

As we read our clients comments, this sentiment is re-captured: “It’s like being on a tropical island”, “the surroundings are gorgeous”…

Paul: “…It’s becoming a challenge to find more things out of the ordinary and to try the plants that are difficult to acclimatize…”

Little by little the entire campsite is benefiting from his taste for botany: From our accommodations – particularly the Cottage neighborhood, quoted as an example for landscape gardening – to the environment of our pool area.

Plants calm us and contribute to our revitalization. It’s Paul’s wish that all his clients may enjoy this well-being. As he says: “There is still a lot of work before my landscape dream has come true”. With each of his achievements it’s a real pleasure to rediscover these Mediterranean atmospheres and exotic landscapes.
