Team spirit is vital to the ethos of our campsite

We attach significant importance to the beauty of the surroundings, developed and maintained by our maintenance team who take care in their work to protect the natural vegetation. Paul Bessoles, our director, himself passionate about plants and wildlife, have passed on to his team, respect for the natural environment.

The deep rooted family values, inspired originally by Claude Bessoles have been taken on board today by his son and the whole team. In fact, Paul doesn’t hesitate to put ‘his hand to the plough’ when there is work going on, thus supporting his team and getting involved in the success of the projects.

High quality service and satisfaction for our clients, lie at the heart of all our efforts.

To ensure that, during your stay, if there is a breakdown or something needs fixing, our technical service team arrive within the shortest time possible, to sort out the problem.  Jordan, Mourad, Daniel, Jacky– our Technical and Maintenance team are delighted to give you real satisfaction in all they do.

Our friendly and pleasant receptionists Sarah, Anne and Marine also contribute to the satisfaction of our customers. They are always eager to listen to your concerns and are happy to be of assistance. They will accompany you throughout the entire duration of your stay, including from the planning stage to arrival, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and to your complete satisfaction. 

In our efforts to ensure high quality, cleanliness is another priority. Our housekeeping team members are trained and their work is checked on a regular basis. Their role is paramount and contributes to guaranteeing quality service.

Behind the scenes Michèle, our accountant and Sabrina, responsible for communication are signed up to the spirit of satisfaction, ensuring that all works well for your stay.

The people who come in during the summer months to provide the services needed for the shop, the restaurant and entertainment, are also well aware of the need for a quality service and abundant energy.

Our masseurs and their associates involved in this line of service prove their worth and their work is appreciated and complimented on.

Never to be forgotten are Claude and Marie-Jeanne Bessoles, Paul’s parents, now enjoying retirement, but whose family values and work ethic have put their mark on all the team at Camping Le Dauphin at Argelès sur Mer, South of France.
