Another way to improve your physical and mental well-being is to be active, to move, to stretch yourself beyond what you normally do. It will do you good! Whether you try an activity for the first time, or are an experienced sportsperson, Le Dauphin can offer a place and means to train according to your needs. Here in the natural surroundings, there is a team to help you throughout your journey.

For those who enjoy walking

Our organised and accompanied walks allow you to discover great areas, the coast, Collioure, taking you along paths close to the sea with breathtaking views. We offer a range of outings covering levels from basic to advanced.

Swimmers and/or triathletes

Theywill particularly enjoy swimming in our 25m heated pool with marked out lanes. There are also the magnificent cycling routes as well as walking routes which should cover all needs.

It’s up to you to choose what works for you: exercise, training, aqua gym; team sports such as football, touch rugby, volley ball, basket ball, boules, handball, molkky (come and find out what this is!); not forgetting tennis, archery, blowpipe shooting, (sarbacane), capoëira…..

If you are a sea lover 

We partner with firms offering sea sports such as sailboarding, jet ski, kayak, paddle boarding, diving….The real ‘dare-devils’ may choose to try out canyoning, the water jump, accro branching ………and so it goes on!

There are those who prefer the more ‘zen’ activities 

For you there is yoga, relaxation, workshops when you learn how to take care of yourself not forgetting the relaxing walks to discover nature around you…..
